A FURRY BIT ABOUT MY BEARS
Powder Puff Teddies are fully jointed, meaning that their arms, legs and heads can turn. I use German glass eyes. I embroider my noses, but I can also make noses from suede or the coat lining. Most of the coat linings are beautifully embroidered, and I generally use it for the inside of the bears ears and to make teddies paw pads. If the coat has initials and tags I try to use it on the bear, either on a paw or bow. This adds a nice personal touch.
I line all of my real fur bears with cotton, it helps the pelt to breath and gives it extra strength when working with it. they are then double stitched. I am licensed to stuff my bears with polyester Fiberfil, and they are weighted with steel shot.
I spend hours on each face trimming and sculpting the fur to get the look I want. I make my own patterns and enjoy designing new bears to share with my customers, so these prices are guide lines and can change depending on fur and different designs.
Bunnies and Lambs by request.

I made my first Teddy Bear in grade 7. (We won't mention how long ago that was!) I very quickly fell in love with these furry creatures.
